I'm pleased with the result but not so pleased with the fact that I have another gazillion eyes left in the packet which I need to make into other things and they are fiddly little things to attach

Finally I paired it with a delicate chain which tones with the colour of the metal

so I have married the two and enjoyed the hand beading elements

Large Vintage Textile Cross Earrings Plastics Each pip is backed withI acquired two beautiful pieces of vintage goldwork in the form of large crosses and they yelled out earrings to me. I have edged them with black seed beads and fashioned black faceted cabouchons and buttons for the clip attachments. They are super lightweight and pack quite a visual punch.
