Cashmere and Idaho 7

The inspiration for this beer was one of the finest pale ales we've ever had which was brewed by @thebeakbrewery in the UK

Une Boulette has dense notes of clementine and sweet grapefruit with a heavily saturated hop profile

It has the largest dry hop we've ever done

Hazy Pale Ale - 4-pk of "Conjuration 23" tall cans Beer Cashmere and Idaho 7"Conjuration 23" is a 5. 2% hazy Pale Ale and the latest iteration in a series of experimental IPAs to be used as a playground to try out different things, from hops to dry hopping methods to water and everything in between. In this batch, we're doing some freestylin' with Freestyle's Research Collective using their experimental Nelson SubZero Hop Kief and leaned into it with even more of their Nelson Sauvin. It's very approachable even for Nelson!
