Oddo Rose, Coteaux D'Aix En Provence, 2024, France (o) Sparkling Wines Le Grillon is 70% ChardonnayThis pretty pale pink ros bursts with fresh red berries, citrus, and nectarine flavours. Smooth and balanced we find it has a lovely bit of texture and it finishes nicely and is perfect for any occasion. However if you had it with a curry it would be delicious! Made from hand picked grapes and carefully crafted to keep its fresh, fruity charm. It's 6 months in stainless steel another two months in bottle before being released.
