Fowles Stone Dwellers Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Size::6 Bottle Case This wine is bone dryWinemaking The fruit, from our Billis Vineyard, Block G, was harvested using a selective processor on 19 April 2021. After gentle crushing, the juice was fermented for 1 week in stainless steel, sweeping arm fermenters and kept on skins for an additional week to the wine's texture and mouthfeel. The wine was predominantly matured in older French oak 500L puncheons for two years.
