Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with 65 clasp, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the centerpiece of both the obverse and reverse with a central monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, maker marked H with a silver content mark of 938, measuring 40. 81 mm (w) x 42. 08 mm (h), weighing 18. 0 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
