Koehler-Ruprecht Riesling Kabinett Trocken 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case with fleshy cassis and blackberryOutstanding value premium Riesling from the Pfalz, from a cult producer renowned for making textured, slightly oxidative wines, with long ageing in oak. This premium grade fruit is picked by hand in five stages to attain perfect balance of both ripeness and steely acidity. The ferment is arrested just before the wine goes dry, which gives it a sweet, lime and honey like character.
