Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with blue enameled arms and a mobile swastika through the quadrants, the arms of the latter bearing raised inscriptions of PETSAMO, SALLA, KIESTINKI, and UHTUA, with a central white enameled medallions bearing Finnish and NSDAP style German flags, around central dates 1941 43, circumscribed by a
