Chanterêves Bourgogne Aligoté Miarlons du Bas 2023 yangarra-estate The family's vineyards are concentrated100% biodynamically Aligot (dor) from a parcel planted above Les Monts de Fussey and below Mainbey in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune. Grapes are hand harvested, crushed and very slowly pressed over 6 hours into 228L & 600L neutral barrels for spontaneous fermentation with pied de cuve and levage thereafter for 12 months prior to bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal added SO2. 12% ABV
