Loop de Loop Columbia Gorge Borderline Red Sur Lie 2021 juhfark Not to say this wine

Not to say this wine is a flash in the pan

headed straight into the vines waxing poetically in Franglais about this wild Ardechois terroir

Loop de Loop Columbia Gorge Borderline Red Sur Lie 2021 juhfark Not to say this wineThis scintillating wine is the result of an experiment. The borderline red is a charming, fresh, and chillable Pinot Gris, but given a few extra months in barrel, something special happens. The wine comes into focus, the texture turns to liquid silk and the spice multiplies, so much more than a simple whiff of pepper. It's a thought provoking wine, and one that needs a good charcuterie board.
