Rob Dolan Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Size::6 Bottle Case Merlot 40%Dark purple colour with brick red edges. Dried herbs, licorice, cassis and hoi sin oak is cedary and toasty. While ripe and driven, it is hemmed tightly to its ripe, fine grained tannins. Red and blue berries swirl on the palate. Its still very youthful and settling into its skin. Huge potential.
