Aromas and flavours of roasted sweet potato, sweet nougat, cinnamon horchata, and smoky pork belly with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dryish full body and a smooth, colossal, long finish with accents of blueberry waffles in maple syrup, fine leather, oregano, sweet tobacco, saffron, black liquorice, and starfruit fruit leather with firm tannins and moderate oak flavour.
