It has a distinctive herbal flavour with a hint of white wine sweetness. Enjoy it on its own or with a few cubes of ice. Gnpi is an Alpine liqueur made from the flowers of the gnpi plant. Part of the sage family, gnpi grows 1500 meters above sea level. It is harvested in the summer and then macerated in alcohol. This slow, natural process preserves its unique flavour. This
