Irvine Springhill Shiraz Size::1 Bottle Our Abel Pinot Noir wasImpenetrable inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Showing good lift out of the glass are aromatics of liquorice and dark plum which mix with vanillin oak, fennel and light pepper. The bright youthful palate features generous freshly crushed dark cherry, liquorice and dark plum fruits over inky earth and vanillin spice. Lively acidity with slightly chalky tannins and a vibrantly fruited aftertaste that has an inky feel to it. Cellar 2 3
