Then, the Pinot Noir evokes sweet cherries with some sour cherries, firm raspberries and strawberries, and a touch of pomegranate juice. The fruit is complemented by some tobacco, candied violets, and salty licorice in the background. On the palate, the wine presents itself polished and juicy with a pleasant grip and good acid structure. The tannins show the first signs
