50's Black Flowerpot Style Hat with Ivory Lace summer coast Shoulders: 14-3/4" - acrossBody is a black faille in the flowerpot shape with a flaring brim. Sides are covered in an ivory lace with 2 small side rhinestone ball buttons. Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 20 1 2 inches.
