50’s Black Velvet Ring Netted Hat with Rhinestones chains Acetate liningThis style perches atop the head, so it's basically one size fits all. Hat measures 6" in diameter, and inner diameter of crown is 5. 5". Height of crown is 1. 25". Fabric is velvet over a stiffened base; trimmed with prong set rhinestones. No label, no lining. Very good condition with no damage to hat itself; there are some breaks in netting. Hat has two small combs to help keep it on your head. True colors are black and clear. **A note on
