Floral lace inset around the bust and trimmed throughout and little flutter shoulder details. Polka dots all over and the sweetest puff sleeves. Great vintage condition. There is a small pull tiny hole on the back. Fits like a small medium Bust 37 Waist 31 Length 21 Shoulder 15. 5 Sleeve length 17
