It is made with a 100% cotton fabric and has a very twirly full skirt. I create this dress with a white collar and puffy sleeves. I also added buttons on the back. All dresses in my shop are cut and handmade by me. I use and industrial straight stitch sewing machine and serge all seams for a professional and clean look. ***Care instructions*** Wash
