Shelley | Vintage 1980s pop-art abstract scribble print pop-over blazer neckline collared dress Summer Tops We love the happy stripesReading like the creative sketches children make, so free in their expression, so eager to communicate just exactly what they want to say. Just authentically them. This is what this print seems to say to us. This vintage 1980s popover dress with its blazer neckline and loose fitting style would be great with chunky tennis shoes and high socks. There are no buttons in the front bust area so it might be more convenient to wear a bralet or tank top
